BIOGRAPHY
Parnia Tajmirrriahi (Isfahan, 1998) is an Iranian visual artist.
Her work primarily consists of large-scale paintings developed through a meditative and intuitive process, in which the act of creation is as significant as the final outcome. Through the use of diverse materials and successive layers, and by employing processes such as oxidation and erosion, she transforms the pictorial surface into a site of temporal encounter. Within these works, past and present become intertwined, and her symbolic and fluid visual language explores themes of identity, memory, nature, and the relationship between matter, meaning, and human experience.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Painting from Dr. Shariaty Technical and Vocational College in Tehran and a Master’s degree in Decoration from the Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera.
